Kerrville Native
Heather and her husband, Michael are lifelong residents who are raising their family in Kerrville. Heather graduated from Tivy High School, Saint Edward's University, and Baylor University School of Law. Michael is a decorated combat veteran who completed three tours of duty in Afghanistan and Iraq. Heather will diligently work to protect and preserve Kerr County's safety and treasured quality of life.
